Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Cambridge facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over £50 with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our products with a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make every effort to ensure your heating solution meets your expectations.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging with all accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Important Health & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following installed or used products:
- Pipe Fittings
- Plumbing items
- Valves
These items are considered final sale unless received defective.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our Cambridge customer service team at admin@warmcorehome.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) for return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special packaging requirements for heating products
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage your item(s) using the original packaging when possible. Include all original documentation and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of your package.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Inspection & Processing
Once received at our Cambridge facility, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs deductions that we cannot reimburse.
Exchange Information
- For exchanges of equal value, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received
- For higher-value exchanges, we’ll invoice the difference after your return is processed
Damaged or Defective Items
While rare with our British-engineered products, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
