Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Pipe Fittings, Plumbing items, or Valves once they have been installed or used. These products are considered final sale unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email our Cambridge-based support team at admin@warmcorehome.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Heat Forge Shop Team, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]). Item(s) to return: [Product Name(s) and Quantity] Reason for return: [Please specify] Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for [Product Name]] Please advise on next steps. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Any special packaging requirements for heating products

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully repackage your item(s) using the original packaging when possible. Include all original documentation and accessories. Affix the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Once received at our Cambridge facility, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email once your return is processed.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and international customers may be subject to customs deductions that we cannot reimburse.

Exchanges

For exchanges of equal value, we’ll ship your new item once the return is received. For higher-value exchanges, we’ll invoice the difference after your return is processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (a rare occurrence with our British-engineered quality), please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you.
