About Our Products

What types of heating products do you offer?
We specialise in premium British-engineered heating solutions including air conditioning units, electric fires, gas fires, stoves, towel radiators, ventilation systems, and complementary plumbing fittings. Our products combine elegant design with efficient performance.
Are your products suitable for international voltage requirements?
All our electrical products are designed to UK specifications (230V). For international customers, we recommend consulting with a local electrician to ensure compatibility with your regional electrical standards.
Do you provide installation services?
We focus on providing the highest quality heating products but do not offer installation services. For gas products particularly, we always recommend using a Gas Safe registered engineer (UK) or equivalent certified professional in your country.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient transactions.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, we process orders as guest transactions but provide full tracking information via email once your order is dispatched from our Cambridge workshop.

Delivery Information

Where do you deliver?
We ship our British heating solutions worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote regions. Please contact us if you’re unsure about delivery to your location.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx): £12.95
Free Shipping (15-25 business days via EMS): Available for orders over £50
How long does order processing take?
Each order is personally verified and carefully packaged by our Cambridge team within 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Do you handle customs documentation?
Yes, we prepare all necessary customs paperwork for international shipments. However, any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error.
How long does a refund take to process?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
